The problem
Replies were spread across 50 inboxes. Interested people got answered late or not at all.
What it does
- Sorts each reply: interested, question, not now or unsubscribe.
- Sends me a Telegram card with a draft answer.
- For an interested business, it builds them a personal one-page site and checks it's live before anything sends.
- Writes follow-ups from the actual thread and times them to what the person said. "This weekend" means Monday.
Biggest challenge
Never sending the same email twice. Email APIs sometimes take a send and then fail to confirm it, and a blind retry emails the person again.
How we solved it. It saves the send ID first, reads that exact message back at 3, 10 and 20 seconds and never sends again. Anything it still can't confirm gets locked until I check it.

v1: triage and approval
Sorts every reply and sends me a card to approve. 9,000 lines in the first PR.
Personal pages
Builds each interested lead a one-page site before the reply goes out.
Sent from the CRM
Pages go out through the CRM, from the lead's assigned rep.
Fail closed
Closed every crash window and double-send path. Unclear sends get locked, never retried.
Hardening
Rebuilt send checks. Follow-ups survive duplicate webhooks and auto-replies.
AI follow-ups
Follow-ups written from the live thread and timed to what the person said.
