Free build
I'll build you an AI system. Free.
You just let me film it.
Bring me one real problem in your business. I build a system that fixes it, install it, and measure what it gives back. Then the whole thing goes on my YouTube channel.
What it is.
Not a demo and not a template. A working system aimed at the thing in your business that eats hours every week. The report someone builds by hand. The leads nobody follows up on. The inbox that never gets to zero.
I built systems like that for my own business: a sales dashboard, a lead engine, an email reply desk and a content engine. Now I want to build them for other owners and show how it goes, good or bad.
What you get.
-
01
A real system
Built for your problem and your tools. Not a prompt pack.
-
02
Installed and running
Set up inside your business, working on your real data.
-
03
The code
It's yours. Keep it, change it, hand it to your team.
-
04
The real numbers
A check-in 2 to 4 weeks later. What it costs to run and what it gave back.
How to get it
Four steps. You do the first two.
-
Apply
Two short screens. Your contact info, then your business and the problem you want fixed.
-
Book a call
If it looks like a fit, my calendar opens right away. 30 minutes on Google Meet.
-
I build it
I build the system, install it in your business and film how it all gets made.
-
We check the numbers
2 to 4 weeks later we look at what it actually did. Then the video goes up.
Who it's for.
You own an online business doing at least $10K a month, or you're on its leadership team. Most of the work happens on a computer. And there's one problem you're tired of paying for in hours.
I read every application. I can't build all of them, so I pick the ones I can do right.
Is it really free?
Yes. You don't pay for the build. If the system needs a paid tool to run, like an AI subscription, it runs on your account and I'll tell you what it costs before I build anything.
What's the catch?
The video. I film the build and post it on my channel: the problem, how it works, what broke and the numbers. That's the trade.
What ends up on camera?
The system and how it was built. Your customers' data and anything private stays off screen.
What kind of problems?
Repeat work on a computer is the best fit. Reporting, lead follow-up, email, content, research, getting data out of one tool and into another. If you're not sure, apply and tell me about it.
Own a business?
Tell me what's eating your week.
Takes a couple of minutes. If it's a fit, you'll book a call on the spot.
